Wierd VPN behavior

Hi.
Not too long ago I purchased Adguard VPN. Everything was more or less fine, but a couple days ago oddities started. Once a day internet slows down to almost none. Then I go to VPN client an it is bricked. Have to make it quit, because it's unresponsive. What could this be?
