Hello I've found out it's the WiFi network that's blocking adguard dns does anyone know how to stop it doing that? Some setting or that?

Hello there! Could you be more specific?

Have you tried changing the DNS server or its type?
Is there an Internet lockout problem on LTE?

What is the Android version and what DNS server is used?

Try to experiment with the router settings. Looks like the connection speed problems are allied to this.

Then let’s do the following:
- AdGuard > Settings > Advanced > Logging Level > Record All.
- Reproduce your issue.
- Note the time the error occurred and let us know.
- Don’t forget to return to the default logging level.
- Logs can be sent to me at PM or on k.gretskyi@adguard.com
