[Win 7 x64] AdGuard 6.3.974 and IE11.

I'm not sure how i can explain this or provide evidence of a potential issue, suffice that since i updated to 6.3.974 I've had three instances where IE11 has slowed to a crawl and eventually caused IE11 to become unresponsive, even though i know it's not a connection issue because other software such as Thunderbird can still connect to the web... AdGuard eventually delivers a taskbar pop-up alerting me AdGuard had a connection issue (I'm unsure what the next step should be because the pop-up doesn't give any additional information, it simply pops up and goes).

In order to get IE11 working again i need to exit AdGuard including disabling filtering, close (force close) all open IE11 browsers, re-launch AdGuard then IE11 and all is good again.

Because it doesn't appear to be something i can replicate at will, and i can't find an AdGuard (or Windows) log file that apparently gives an insight into why this is happening i wonder if someone can point me in the direction of an AdGuard log file that might?

Or better, explain why this is happening... as i said, when this happens i DO have an internet connection despite AdGuard insisting i don't.

Hello!

Sorry for the late answer, but could you be so kind to tell me:

1. Are you using WFP driver enabled?

2. Is stealth mode on?

3. HTTPS filtering protocol is on?

Also, please tell me your request ID number (you can find it after creating a report in the application).
The kb article you posted said i should email the zip file containing the logs to support@adguard.com, I've done that but where exactly am i supposed to find the 'request ID number'?

Done and re-installed successfully, if i continue to have the same issue i'll post here but fingers crossed it's resolved.

Thanks.

Could you please try making a screenshot of that popup?
You can always click "show the last popup" in the tray menu to repeat it.

Could it be that you're confusing it with an EV exclusion notification?

It's definitively not an exclusion notification... it's very similar but there are no options to explain what the issue is.

I thought about trying to screen capture the popup but it doesn't hang around long enough for me to scroll my Start menu... i could be wrong but i believe i tried the "show last popup" but it timed out before i could load the Win 7 Snipping Tool.

Pressing the print button on the keyboard and then pasting into mspaint should work.
