For some unknown reason latest update check time shown in tooltip and main window is incorrect. This is nothing new for me, I saw it in Adguard 6.x alpha builds, maybe even in v5.x.
I usually use sleep mode instead of shutdown, maybe it's somehow related.

Main window and tooltip shows (...) 24 hours ago while in Ad blocker filters has been updated 1-3 hours ago.
If I remember well Avatar said once that server returns wrong time - future date: current day +1
