Windows 11 22H2 & Adguard 7.10 nightly 10 doesn't block youtube ads on chrome

I have just finished clean install my PC with Windows 11 22H2 RTM and found out either because of this new Windows 11 build or new mechanism in youtube, the ads in the youtube homepage and when playing the videos is doesn't get blocked/replaced.

I have tried the following :
  • Disabled and enabled the protection
  • Restarting Chrome and Windows

Uninstalled adguard, restart, and re-install from stable setup file, and upgrade it into nightly working fine now.

When the issue was happened the adguard blocked ads/trackers counter were increasing but somehow the ads/trackers doesn't get blocked.

Also on filtering log, activities was logged.
