[*][Windows App] Windows Taskbar Weather = Blocked

Just installed latest version of the extension for Chrome and the .exe for Windows 10.

After installation, my weather icon / toolbar for the taskbar (see here) is now a blank icon of a newspaper.

If I disable or uninstall AdGuard, it returns to normal.

Where would I add an exemption for this option?
