You have too many filter subscriptions

Adguard version 5.10 warns me that I have too many filter subscriptions. I never noticed this warning in earlier versions but I may have missed it. The filters I have enabled are: user filter, English filter, Spyware filter, Social Media filter, German filter and Dutch filter. Is this really too much? I am a Dutch user myself, but much of my browsing is on English websites, and to a lesser extent on German and Spanish ones. I couldn't do without the English and Dutch subscriptions and would hate to remove the German filter. Any advice?

This warning has been added in one of recent versions. It's just warning so if you didn't notice any web browsing slowdown you can keep your filters lists

Thank you for your answer. The warning doesn't disappear, however, not even if I untick each and every possible subscription. Also, what appears strange is that Adguard has a system of language detection. So, even if I have Spanish unticked, for instance, the Spanish filter will be activated automatically when I visit a Spanish website. What's the use of this warning if the program itself activates subscriptions even if the user has too many subscriptions?

Thank you. Removing the Japanese filter, which was in my list of Adguard filters but unticked, made the warning disappear, so it looks like you were right about having to remove filter lists instead of just unchecking them.
